This is a remote position, but preference will be given to candidates in the Chicago/Lake County area.
The VP/Head of Product will lead a dynamic, cross-functional team responsible for driving the development, innovation, and execution of cloud-based software solutions. This leadership role will have direct management responsibility of all leaders and teams and job duties encompass oversight of product management, product development, deployment, customer support, and ensuring overall customer success.
This individual will identify opportunities to leverage innovation and technology to deliver competitive advantage. In this role, the leader will also be charged with managing the technical debt due to acquired products and technologies as well as material changes in architecture and design.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced, visionary leader who can navigate the complex healthcare technology landscape, foster innovation, and align the product roadmap with strategic goals.
